Still In The Midst Of Holiday Shopping?

Are you still in the midst of holiday shopping? If so, dont forget the stocking stuffers. By the way, stocking stuffers dont have to be all about the candy. You can include dental products to keep your childrens smiles healthy during the holidays, as well as cool little gadgets. Be creative. Here are some ideas to help!

Dental Products

By adding a few colorful dental care products to your child's stocking, you're sending them the message that taking care of their teeth is important, and that's a gift in itself. Here are a few ideas:

  • A cartoon themed toothbrush such as Dora the Explorer®, SpongeBob SquarePants® or others
  • A battery-operated "tickle toothbrush"
  • Minty flavored dental floss
  • Flavored toothpaste
  • A toothbrush case for sleepovers and vacations

Healthy Snacks

Although kids love candy, you don't have to stuff their stockings with it. Especially since sticky candies such as lollipops, candy canes, and gummies are the worst types of candy for your teeth because they stick to them. Instead, add healthy snacks such as:

  • Dried fruit (without added sugar)
  • 100 percent fruit snacks
  • Nuts (and they can even be covered with dark chocolate)
  • Homemade granola mix

Toy Gadgets and More

There are a lot of miniature toys and other more practical gifts you can add to your child's stocking including:

  • Colorful bouncy rubber balls
  • Mini decks of cards
  • Wind-up toys
  • Pencils
  • Stickers
  • Notepads
  • Flavored ChapStick®
  • Socks
  • Mittens
  • Cell phone covers
  • Cell phone chargers
  • Travel soaps, shampoos, and deoderant
  • Perfumes or colognes for the older kids
  • And so much more!
